TABC SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
“TABC is responsible for enforcing the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code and TABC Administrative Rules. We strive to work with industry to keep Texans safe. However, any business with a state license or permit to manufacture, distribute, or sell alcoholic beverages is subject to action from the agency if they violate the law or TABC rules”.
If an individual or group arrives at the winery with beer or liquor or in a compromised state, they will not be allowed to enter.
If we believe someone within a group is intoxicated or at risk of being intoxicated, we will ask the entire group to leave.
ALL MEMBERS AND GUESTS
We can accommodate groups larger than ten with reservations made prior to arrival, but not more than 25 guests in the main venue.
If you have a party of more than 25 guests, the VIP lounge is available by reservation only. One server and one bartender will accommodate the VIP guests.
No outside food, drinks, or containers will be allowed according to TABC law.
No smoking nor vaping on RCR property.
No firearms or fireworks on RCR property.
